UC Davis TeachingDr. Rogawski lectures in the second year School of Medicine courses Principles of Pharmacology (PHA 400B) and Neurosciences (NEU 420).
With Heike Wulff and Bruce Hammock, Dr. Rogawski teaches the graduate-level course Drug Discovery and Development (PHA 207), which is offered yearly in the Winter quarter. Dr. Rogawski offers the medical school elective Where Drugs Come From: How They are Discovered, Developed, Regulated and Marketed (NEU 440), which is available for fourth year medical students. NIH-Funded National Course in Neurotherapeutics Discovery and DevelopmentDr. Rogawski is co-director and corresponding principal investigator for the national course Training in Neurotherapeutics Discovery and Development for Academic Scientists, now in its third 5-year grant cycle from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke and the NIH Blueprint for Neuroscience Research (R25NS129110).
NIH-Funded UC Davis Clinician Neuroscientist Development ProgramDr. Rogawski is co-director and principal investigator, with Griffith R. Harsh, IV of the Department of Neurological Surgery, of the UC Davis Clinician Neuroscientist Development Program, funded by by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (R25NS124520-01). This is an R25 research training program for residents and fellows in neurology and neurosurgery that has as its objective the fostering of careers as physician-scientists.
UC Davis Epilepsy FellowshipDr. Rogawski participates in the Department of Neurology's Epilepsy Fellowship Program.
